Please Note:
|
1. Upon arrival at the venue, Studio Managers are required to proceed to the Caribbean Dancesport Classic registration desk (International Ballroom Foyer) to pick up all packages and tickets.
2. If neccesary any changes or mistakes in entries ONLY the teacher should see the Registrar to make any adjustments.
3. Competitors must check in at the designated on-deck area in the ballroom at least five heats prior to the actual heat in which they are competing. Failure to register may result in loss of place in their heat. Any competitor who does not take the floor when called by the Master of Ceremonies will be disqualified for that competition.
